They specialise in providing HR and talent solutions for the advertising, media and marketing industry and have an enviable portfolio of fun, lively, high-profile clients. They are seeking a bright, proactive individual with a solid base of HR experience looking to take the next step in their HR career, joining them as a senior HR assistant.
You will be working with a talented, collaborative and intelligent team of colleagues, assisting with a wide range of generalist HR projects for a variety of clients.
Duties will include
* assisting with recruitment processes; including placing adverts, collating CVs and organising interviews
* Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
* maintaining HR records and managing databases
* liaising with clients at all levels
* assisting with the payroll and benefits process
* acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries
This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills and experience working across a team of exciting clients. It would suit someone with
- approximately 18months+ previous UK based HR experience (ideally in the creative industries but open)
- interested in a long-term career in HR
- curious about learning more about the media, marketing and communications sectors
- able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive and intelligent approach
- superb attention to detail
