Nelsons are recruiting and were looking for an ambitious, experienced Estate Agent to join our London Bridge team.

The Role
As An Experienced Estate Agent, You Will
* Generate and win new instructions
* Conduct valuations and property viewings
* Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
* Actively prospect for new business opportunities
* Represent the Nelson brand with professionalism and energy
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in residential sales (minimum 12 years preferred)
* Strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven and highly organised
* Local market knowledge of London Bridge and surrounding areas is a plus
* Full UK driving licence preferred
What We Offer
* OTE £35,000–£45,000
* Uncapped commission structure
* London Bridge office location
