Overview
A rare opportunity for an ambitious Loss Adjuster to join our exclusive London Private Clients team. Ideal for professionals with proven field experience, especially those who have handled High Net Worth (HNW) claims.
Responsibilities
* Manage intricate claims for HNW clients in luxury homes.
* Liaise with discerning clients, ensuring professionalism and discretion.
* Think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence (required).
* Demonstrable experience handling complex and major losses exceeding £100,000 on a chargeable time basis or a keen desire to progress to this level.
* Dip CILA/ACILA status (or working towards this qualification).
* Excellent communication skills: contacting and negotiating with policyholders, insurers, contractors, etc.
* Compassionate, meticulous, emotionally intelligent.
Helpful (but not vital) skills
* Experience using Apple software such as iPads or other tablets.
Skills Developed
* Training on Sedgwick specific training and industry knowledge.
