We have a brilliant opportunity for an Critical Shift Engineer to work on a critical site based in Croydon, offering the opportunity to work in a data centre, receive high voltage training and to offer additional internal opportunities.
You will be working a continental shift pattern, (Days and nights)
As an Electrical Engineer, you will ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance primarily on electrical systems, participate with site shutdowns / HV switching, ensure all critical plant is working efficiently, update site logbooks, actively fault find / troubleshoot and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided
Electrical Engineer Duties:
1. PPMs & Reactive maintenance
2. Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
3. Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
4. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
5. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
