The successful candidate will manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to appointment and follow-up, ensuring every interaction is professional and reassuring. This is a busy, front-of-house role liaising with specialists, managers and external partners, with a hands-on approach to daily operations. Key responsibilities Meet and greet all visitors and provide a high level of customer service at all times Manage customers needs Book follow-up appointment/bookings Maintain records and files on internal systems and updating when needed Maintain the reception environment to high standards Taking payments Serve as GDPR lead for the site; Fire Marshall and Health & Safety lead.
