My client based in Ponteland are recruiting for an Office Co Ordinator immediately to join their business in a permanent position. Package: * Salary up to £28k depending on experience. * Monday to Thursday 8.30 -1700 Friday 8.30 - 4pm. * 1 hour lunch, ½ hour Friday. * Company pension scheme. * Free coffee & Biscuits. * Great opportunity to join a successful rapidly growing business. Sales Coordinator duties: * Taking customer phone calls relating to the specific product information for electrical isolator cut-outs, electrical panels, and feeder pillars. * Quoting customers based on their requirements * Liaising with customers regarding projects, lead times, delivery updates and technical assistance * Working with the design team to price/quote projects * Coding orders ready to be loaded on to operations * Keeping a good relationship with customers regarding aftercare (returns, tech support, reorders) etc… * Working alongside our Sales team to ensure lead times are being met and customers are receiving deliveries on-time-in full. * Project take-offs (turning schematics in to functioning quotes) Skills required: * In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. * Great interpersonal skills. * Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools. * Good understanding of electrical components would be advantageous (although training will be provided). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail.
