Job Description
3. Manage the accurate recording of income streams in compliance with accounting standards.
4. Oversee Gift Aid claims to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
5. Reconcile income accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
6. Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Provide expert advice on Gift Aid regulations and compliance requirements.
8. Support the preparation of annual financial statements related to income and Gift Aid.
9. Ensure adherence to organisational policies and industry regulations.
10. Provide oversight of income processes by evaluation ROI of fundraising activities.
11. Ensure alignment between CRM and finance systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Income and Gift Aid Accountant should have:
12. A professional accounting qualifcation (ACA, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
13. Proven expertise in managing income streams and Gift Aid processes.
14. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
15. Experience with working with non-finance managers on projects.
16. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
