Role Description

Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!

Location:

Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Salary:

£12.96per hour

Hours:

Zero hour contract, mixed shifts, working casually on a two-week rolling rota basis

Driving Licence:

Manual UK licence optional

What You’ll Need

4. Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
5. Previous experience in a care/support setting
6. A valid manual UK driving licence (Optional)

8. Supporting daily routines – from morning support to bedtime
9. Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
10. Contributing to tailored support plans
11. Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
12. Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters
13. Visual Impairment
