The Role:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, creative English lessons across KS3–KS4
* Prepare, assess, and provide feedback on student work in line with curriculum expectations
* Support students of all abilities to reach their full potential
* Contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking English department
* Maintain excellent behaviour management and safeguarding standards

What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Teacher of English or confident English subject specialist
* Strong understanding of the KS3–KS4 English curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Reliable, proactive, and committed to student progress
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
