My client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team based in Nottingham.
This role will be 4 days a week in the office.
This Role Will Include
* To ensure the smooth running of the office and provide a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
* To manage the operational functions of HR, including recruitment and onboarding.
* To organise company events, encouraging attendance and employee engagement.
* To manage office security, attendance, and logistics for visitors and remote-working staff.
* To manage the diaries of the Chairman and Managing Director.
Skills
* Professional attitude with good communication skills, verbal and written.
* Organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Friendly and outgoing.
* Flexible and people-oriented.
* IT literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
* Owning key HR processes and activities.
* Managing the recruitment process; liaising with managers, candidates, contractors, and external recruiters.
* Developing relationships with relevant organisations and universities, and attending events to attract graduates and promote the company.
* Managing onboarding activities, ensuring they are tailored to the role and department requirements.
* Managing performance management processes in conjunction with department and line managers.
