Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team and play a key role in maintaining and improving electrical systems across client properties.

The Role
As a Mobile Building Services Engineer, you will:
* Lead on electrical maintenance, fault resolution, and compliance across client sites.
* Attend multiple sites as directed by the Service Desk to meet operational requirements.
* Support wider building services, including basic mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC tasks where required.
* Respond to emergencies, completing repairs safely and efficiently.
* Provide technical advice and professional client communication on site.
* Promote and adhere to Health & Safety and electrical regulations at all times.
* Commit to continuous professional development, staying up to date with the latest electrical technologies and standards.
This is a mobile role requiring flexibility and occasional work outside standard hours to ensure service continuity.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver planned, reactive, and statutory electrical maintenance on systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarm interfaces, and control systems.
* Diagnose, isolate, and repair electrical faults.
* Support small installation works, upgrades, and system modifications.
* Accurately complete all electrical certification and compliance documentation.
* Provide multi-skilled support where required (mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
* Attend and resolve electrical emergencies promptly and professionally.

Essential Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
* City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence

Salary & Benefits
* Salary up to £48,000 per annum
