Required Skills:
* 1+ years experience in an IT support role
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience supporting Windows & Microsoft 365 environments
* Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
* A passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
