Senior Support Worker – Learning Disabilities (Full-Time, Day Shifts) Location: Kings Norton, South Birmingham Salary: £13.09 per hour (On-call rate: £14.09 per hour) Are you an experienced support worker with a passion for helping adults with learning disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives? We’re looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our friendly team at our care home in Kings Norton, supporting adults aged 18 with a range of learning disabilities, including autism. About the Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll take on a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day. You’ll support both our residents and our team—leading by example, assisting with care plans, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
