Job summary

The IT Service Delivery Team is responsible for the delivery of various IT services, ServiceDesk, Hardware Supply, Telephony, IT Service Mgmt and Knowledge Mgmt.

The focus of this position is to manage 1st and 2nd line support on systems, applications and IT equipment. A large part of the work is in the area of HW Supply service, responsible for managing, configure, install and deliver computers, screens, printers, meeting room equipment and peripherals. You work part of your time with 1st and 2nd line support via Phone, physical Disk and via IT Portal - ticket system.


The tasks ensure that the GKNs business IT needs, for support and IT equipment are provided in the best way together with the team. To a large extent, this means working with planning, logistics and coordination of various support and HW related supply tasks. The work also includes administration, documentation and education of users.


As a member of the IT Service Delivery Team Nordics, you will be a player in the team, contribute to the day-to-day work and together with the team have responsibility for ensuring user satisfaction and the best IT service delivery possible.


The assignment includes continuous improvement work, to further develop Service Delivery as a function with best working practices and implementing smart processes and tools.
