Are you interested in being part of the Extended Community Care Team based at Cowal Community Hospital, Dunoon? If so this is the post for you. Our overriding aim is to support individuals to maintain their independence at home, prevent unnecessary admission and support people to regain independence after they have left hospital.

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Team. As well as supporting the Hospital MDT, the post will be expected to provide vital leadership, teaching, quality improvement and audit workstreams which enable our Practitioners to achieve the four pillars of practice. There is also an expectation of cross-cover/co‑working with our Ambulatory Emergency Care Team to support rapid response, assessment enablement and reablement.

It is essential that you possess a relevant Diploma/BSc and are HCPC registered.
