Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Accommodation Officer for a Local Authority Client in Berkshire. In this role you will manage and inspect temporary accommodation, support homeless households, and work with internal teams to ensure properties are safe, suitable, and well maintained. Duties: Procure, let, and manage temporary accommodation for homeless households Carry out property inspections and compliance/audit checks Support residents and deliver excellent housing management and customer service Collect rent and maintain accurate housing and tenancy records Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience working in housing or property management, preferably in the public sector Experience managing tenancies, including rent collection Experience carrying out property inspections or compliance checks Experience delivering customer-focused services using IT systems What's on offer: Salary: £19ph *may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience* Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week How to apply: Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.
