In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide customer support via phone and face-to-face interactions. Manage daily tickets through Mojo, ensuring updates and resolutions meet business SLA timeframes. Work at our workbenches to fix PC components, and install and configure hardware and software. Assist with customer networking, including servers, firewalls, and switches. Reset passwords, manage user details, and perform data recovery. Participate in site visits for hardware installation and network configuration. Working on Powershell Working on cloud platforms and servers Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
