Key Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects. Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in small groups. Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere. Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school values and policies. About You Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable). A positive, proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Good literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
