We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join the team immediately. About the Role You'll work closely with pupils who have social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as aspects of Autism and behavioural challenges. Every child is unique, so you'll adapt your approach to meet individual needs and help them thrive. Your role will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support Helping pupils follow their Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to set and achieve personalised goals Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional resilience What We're Looking For A caring, patient, and creative approach Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting learning Emotional resilience and a sense of humour Experience with SEMH or additional needs (desirable) A willingness to learn and grow professionally Why Join Affinity Workforce Solutions?
