Meeting and Events Coordinator

What Youll Do
* Manage the full event coordination process – from initial enquiry to seamless delivery
* Liaise with clients, Sodexo teams, and partner suppliers to ensure exceptional service
* Support the development and implementation of booking tools and systems
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all on‑site facilities and services
* Drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in event operations
What Youll Bring
* Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or facilities management
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence to challenge constructively and suggest improvements
* Proactive, adaptable, and customer‑focused mindset
* Proficiency in Outlook 365, MS Teams, and related digital tools
