Haven Lodge is a warm, supportive residential home commissioned by Essex County Council, providing care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Job Role: As a Support Worker, you will: Provide person-centered care and support to residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Promote independence, choice, and inclusion in all aspects of life. Support residents in managing emotional well-being and engaging in meaningful activities. Maintain accurate records and follow care plans. Hours: 18 hours per week (flexible shifts, including weekends). Essential Skills & Qualities: Compassionate and patient approach. Good communication and teamwork skills.
