An IT Application Support Analyst is now sought by one of the UK’s leading research and education institutions. You will join a dynamic and focussed team who offer end to end payroll and HR systems development and support to a diverse user base.
As the successful IT Application Support Analyst, you will initially start on a 12-month fixed term contract offering 2nd line application support to the users of the Oracle Fusion Payroll applications.
Full on-going training will be offered but it is essential that the successful person has payroll process knowledge and previous experience of providing a level of technical support on payroll systems.
Essential Experience – Application Support Analyst
Commercial application support experience of Payroll solutions
Oracle or similar application Payroll knowledge
Experience of providing 2nd line application support
Experience of HR or Payroll system implementations
Configuration of Payroll solutions
A detailed understanding of Payroll business process
The role of Application Support Analyst offers a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus exceptional benefits. The role requires hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week.
