Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and adaptable Sales Administrator to join our small team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our sales department by managing administrative tasks such as inputting customer orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational processes as the primary contact for business inquiries. This position requires strong computer and communication skills.
Duties
* Sales administration from initial enquiry through to order delivery.
* Responding to customer email/telephone enquiries.
* Advising customers to help find products that best suit their needs.
* Processing orders through our online shop and by email.
* Preparing quotations, following up on quotations by email and phone, maintaining a good relationship with existing and new customers.
* Opening new customer accounts.
* Maintaining an existing customer database.
* All other duties may be required from time to time, including annual leave cover.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role inputting data.
* SAP/CRM/POS Software knowledge/experience
* Good computer skills -proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer service skills or experience working with people
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications
* A-Levels/BTEC Level 3
