Job Description
We have a new position available for a Document Controller based on site on the Rockingham Wing Extension project in Kettering.
Key responsibilities:
* Document Management: Handle the intake, storage, and retrieval of documents, typically electronic via email, Sharepoint, Viewpoint4P.
* Accuracy and Compliance: Check documents for accuracy, ensure they are up-to-date, and verify they comply with company standards.
* Organisation and Filing: Number, sort, and file documents in KAM protocol standard for easy retrieval.
* Distribution: Control the flow of documents, distributing them to authorised personnel and stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Record Keeping: Maintain and update document management systems and create reports on TIDPs.
* Archiving and Disposal: Archive documents at the end of their life cycle and ensure the secure destruction of sensitive information.
* Support: Assist other employees with accessing documents and may be involved in designing document templates.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within a similar, on-site, administration role.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on a busy site/work environment.
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Ability to build rapport with the project team and wider professional team
* Full drivers license
