We’re actively acquiring, refurbishing, and repositioning properties across Merthyr Tydfil — with a strong focus on revitalising town centre spaces and delivering high-quality developments.
No two days look the same here — and that’s exactly how we like it.
The Role
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our marketing and help bring our projects to life.
You’ll be working on real, live projects — not just posting for the sake of it.
We’re also looking for someone who is keen to understand the Highfield brand and the company’s wider objectives, and reflect this consistently across all marketing output.
This role goes beyond traditional property marketing. You’ll lead brand and marketing across the full Highfield Group, from property and holiday homes to new ventures like our upcoming launderette. It’s a hands‑on opportunity to build and shape multiple brands as they grow
