PQE: Newly Qualified (0–1 PQE)

A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong presence in the North West is seeking a Newly Qualified Family Solicitor to join its growing Chester office.

The Role
You will join a well-established Family team handling a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Private children matters
* Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners, gaining exposure to complex matters while building your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters
* Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong relationships
* Support business development and networking activities
* Contribute to the continued growth of the Chester office
About You
* Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
* Training seat or experience in Family Law
* Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in private family work
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Commercially aware, empathetic and proactive
