This fabulous marketing agency in London is looking for a Web Support Developer to join the team and support their client base, solving their online problems, updating websites, bug fixing and customisation utilising HTML, CSS, PHP & WordPress.
You will be investigating online issues; Maintaining WordPress websites (plugins, themes etc); Testing and deploying website changes; Diagnosing and resolving hosting, DNS, and SSL issues; Analysing and fixing PHP, CSS, or JavaScript errors.
What you must have –
* Commercial experience of HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress.
* Experience of working in a Web Support role previously ideally in an agency environment.
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with DNS, SSL, or website hosting environments would be beneficial.
This is a Hybrid working role with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
