AsFinancial Controller, youll be the number two to an experienced and forward-thinking CFO. Youll lead the day-to-day running of the finance function, managing a collaborative team of 8 (including 3 direct reports), driving performance, improving processes, and helping steer the business forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the finance team across reporting, compliance, and controls Deliver accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, and cashflow reports Strengthen financial controls and drive improvements across systems and processes Work closely with the CFO on strategic planning and financial insight Act as a key contact for external stakeholders, including auditors What Were Looking For: Qualified Accountant (Ideally ACA, ACCA) Proven experience in a senior finance role A strong mix of technical expertise and leadership ability Hands-on approach with excellent communication skills Why Apply for This Position?
