Job Description
Enso Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our forward-thinking client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by selling SaaS products to healthcare organizations, expanding into new regions, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling into new sectors. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the healthcare industry.
* Identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects within new regions for business development opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
* Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our SaaS products meet the needs of healthcare clients and align with market demands.
* Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
* Develop proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products.
* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product management, to drive successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
* Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in selling SaaS products.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving sales growth.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
