FLT Bendi / Pivot Steer Driver Leamington Spa Abstract Recruitment are looking for an experienced FLT Bendi / Pivot Steer Driver to join a well-established logistics company based in Leamington Spa. We are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who are looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a full-time contract. Candidates must hold a valid Forklift Flexy licence, or we can provide conversion training from Reach or Counterbalance licences Previous order picking experience is essential, including the use of RF scanners and paper picking systems. Shift Hours Fixed AM shift Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00 Unpaid 1-hour lunch break, which can be taken as: 1 60 minutes 2 30 minutes 1 30 minutes and 2 15 minutes (by agreement with the Team Leader) Flexibility may be required occasionally to start 1 hour earlier or finish 1 hour later depending on customer requirements. Pay Rates £13.19 per hour £19.79 per hour overtime (paid after 40 hours at time and a half) Opportunity for a full-time contract after 12 weeks Key Duties Order picking and packing using pick sheets and RF scanners Conversion from Reach and Counterbalance Achieving daily productivity and accuracy targets Checking customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy Stock checking and put-away Moving stock and pallets to support warehouse operations Safely unloading inbound deliveries and storing goods correctly Preparing and picking products for dispatch Loading outbound vehicles safely and efficiently Ensuring all shipments are accurate and undamaged Reporting quality issues or discrepancies Operating MHE safely and following procedures Picking, receiving, put-away and loading using RF equipment Supporting physical inventory counts Completing equipment checks and reporting faults Working independently with a proactive attitude Maintaining excellent attention to detail Following direction from the Team Leader and Warehouse Manager Benefits Long-term work with opportunity for a full-time contract Weekly pay Holiday pay Online payslip access Free on-site parking PPE and workwear provided Ongoing assignments Dedicated account support Excellent on-site training facilities Full-time hours available Fixed, consistent shifts Great work / life balance Please update your cv and we will contact you immediately
