What We’re Looking For We are seeking candidates with previous complex care experience and practical training in areas such as: Tracheostomy care Ventilator support PEG feeding Suctioning Catheter care Epilepsy management Spinal injury support Personal care and moving & handling Experience supporting adults or children with complex health needs is highly desirable. Flexible Training Requirements We understand that every client has unique care requirements. While previous complex care training and experience are preferred, training requirements can be adapted and tailored to suit the specific needs of the individual package of care. Additional clinical training and competency sign-offs may be provided where required.
