Multi Traders
Telford / Shropshire Region
We are currently looking for a number of Multi Traders to be based in the Telford / Shropshire region to undertake refurbishment works within social housing properties.
They are looking for individuals to have previous experience within this sector and a skill set to undertake works such as:
* Kitchen replacements
* Bathroom replacements
* Flooring replacements
* UPVC glass replacements
* Plaster patching
* Painting & Glossing
* Plumbing repairs
* Tiling
* Roofing repairs (missing tiles, felt, flat roofs)
* Small groundworks (re-laying slabs etc)
* Brickwork pointing
* Loft insulation (redistribution / top up)
This will be long term ongoing work and you will need your own vehicle and tools. Ideally you will also possess a valid CSCS card and be prepared to undertake a DBS.
Due to the nature of the work you must also be prepared to travel in and around the Telford / Shropshire region. Areas covered include: Telford & Wrekin, Shrewsbury, Newport and Shropshire area.
