We are looking for a Receivership Case Handler to join a bubbly and vibrant team in Cardiff's City Centre. This opportunity will give you the chance to showcase your skills in managing a diverse portfolio of property stock. There is no property experience required for this role as all training will be provided, however, a background in property will certainly give you a leg up against the rest. As a Receivership Case Handler, you will work alongside Lenders (banks), Borrowers, Solicitors and Enforcement.
Responsibilities
* You will be working in a team with responsibility of your own cases.
* Communicating effectively with Lenders and Borrowers.
* Working with third party agents, solicitors and enforcement.
* Collating information to assist in devising a strategy recommendation as to how the property should be moved forward.
* Dealing with litigation surrounding the property.
* Provide a recommendation to the lender for how is best to proceed with each property.
* Keeping internal CRM up to date with all contact regarding the property.
* Being able to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines.
* Being able to work to lender client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
