Multiple Part-time Customer Service Advisors wanted - Temporary to Permanent position
The Best Connection is hiring Inbound Part-time Customer Service Advisors for our client, a housing association based in Chippenham. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent after a successful 12-week period.
Location: Easily accessible by public transport!
The Role:
1. Assess and resolve enquiries, requests, and complaints via telephone, written communication, and electronic channels.
2. Provide comprehensive information services to customers and the public.
3. Maintain electronic databases of correspondence, information provided, services requested, and complaints.
4. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in customer dealings.
5. Handle customer payments, provide basic account advice, process invoices, and arrange repairs.
6. Manage a high volume of sensitive and confidential customer information.
Hours and Pay:
* £11.44 per hour
* Monday – Friday
* 20 hours per week
* Shift between 7:45 am and 7:00 pm — flexible hours to choose
