As a Bank Receptionist at the Living Well Hub, you will support the management team with the daily operations of the Hub to ensure the smooth, safe, and effective delivery of services. The role involves working closely with Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the lead tenant for the building.
You will be a strong advocate for the Warrington-wide 'living well' ethos, building relationships between providers and actively encouraging members of the public to access the Hub and its services.
This busy and varied role requires multitasking and working to deadlines. You will interact with multiple stakeholders, including staff and service users, and must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships across a wide group of partners.
Responsibilities include:
1. Greeting service users and professionals upon arrival at the Hub.
2. Registering patients for pre-booked appointments and directing them to the appropriate waiting areas, encouraging engagement with other services.
3. General housekeeping of the Hub space.
4. Providing administrative support to the Living Well Hub Management Team.
The Receptionist plays a critical role in delivering the Hub's vision by acting as the first point of contact, providing relevant information, advice, and guidance, and supporting the smooth operation of the Hub.
