This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in improving fire safety standards on one of the most significant healthcare campuses in the region, working closely with senior stakeholders, clinical staff, estates teams, and specialist subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of multiple fire compliance upgrade projects across a large, complex, occupied healthcare site. Oversee both active and passive fire protection packages including fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation, alarms, sprinklers, detection systems, and emergency lighting.
