About the Role
Are you an experienced Mobiles Sales professional looking to be part of a global organization but selling at a local level?
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to be the Mobiles Specialist for an established telecoms organization. You will be responsible for achieving new business and sales targets.
Purpose
To sell the business’s products and services, including future mobile propositions, to the SME market in Coventry, Warwickshire, and Northamptonshire. Our goal is to maximize sales in our base and be recognized as the No. 1 mobile supplier in the business market.
Relationships
* With KDMs within the SME market (Managing Directors, IT Directors, Sales Directors, Finance Directors). Ability to sell to top decision-makers in organizations from 5 to 100+ employees.
* With sales colleagues: 14 Desk-based, 3 Field, 5 Hybrid Field Sales, and 5 Customer Service colleagues supporting your targets.
* With management: 2 Sales Managers, Operations Manager, 3 Team Leaders, and a Managing Director, sharing common goals.
* With internal departments and support teams, managing inbound calls and building key relationships.
Activities
Highly driven with a strong work ethic, making a minimum of 75 outbound calls per week in a B2B environment to overachieve sales targets, and booking at least 5 meetings weekly for new business.
Requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and complying with regulations.
* Proficiency in computer literacy.
* Minimum 2 years of B2B Mobile Sales experience.
* Qualifications: 5 GCSEs Level 6 and above.

* Adaptable to changing processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Business development, sales experience, and knowledge of the local area (Keresley, England).
