Global company with UK headquarters in Victoria is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner to support the Regional Vice President of EMEA and one other director on a fixed maternity cover (12 months). This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in their stunning offices in Victoria. Duties: * Diary management. Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes/actions during meetings * Arrange corporate travel including flights, transportation and lodgings and prepare itineraries and agendas * Partnering with their comms lead on organising and supporting key company wide office events * Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary * Maintain a strong working relationship with onsite and global EABPs * Assist senior leaders and others in the department on an ad hoc basis Skills * Strong experience in a similar role supporting a senior leader within an international, fast paced and dynamic environment * A naturally collaborative team player that is proactive and solution minded * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable and empowered mind set with a “can do attitude” * Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail * Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and follow through Benefits * Global company * Friendly team ,stunning offices * Free Breakfast
