Family Help Social Worker – West London
Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Family Help Social Worker to join supportive and forward‑thinking Family Help Service in West London. This is a great opportunity to work with children and families at an early stage, helping to prevent escalation and promote positive, sustainable change.
You will:
Hold a manageable caseload supporting children and families through early help and targeted interventions
Build strong, trusting relationships to improve safety, stability and family functioning
Complete high‑quality assessments, plans and direct work
Work collaboratively with schools, health partners and community servicesYou need:
Experience working within early help, family support or statutory children’s services
Social Work England registration
Strong assessment and relationship‑building skills
Eligibility to work in the UK
