Ultimate Workforce Ltd are seeking dedicated Plastics, Processing & Machine Operators to join our dynamic client team based in Littleport, Ely.
The ideal candidate will possess a ready to learn, ready to work attitude and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.
This role involves fabricating, assembling, and use of various hand tools and machinery to ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
Shift Pattern:
* Rotating Early Start and Late Start, week by week.
* 06:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday, and 14:00 to 00:00 Monday to Thursday
Pay:
* Starting rate of £12.31 per hour
* After going permanent: £12.58 per hour
* Overtime paid at £16.37 (temp) and £16.73 (perm)
* Performance bonuses paid monthly when permanent
Essential Skills needed:
1. Experience in a Plastics / Polymers / Metals manufacturing environment.
2. Timekeeping skills and attention to detail.
