An exciting opportunity to join a forward-looking ICT Team delivering quality system solutions to a Blue Light Service.
Working alongside our experienced System Management Team you will help ensure that Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) have the right systems in place to deliver quality services that enable our Service to deliver for our communities. You will manage a portfolio of related ICT Systems; ensuring they are secure and effective. You will be responsible for making sure our systems meet Service requirements, are correctly procured and Supplier Contracts are managed. Working with our Users and Suppliers you will ensure they are resilient, and delivery value for money.
As part of the wider ICT team, you will be working with Service Colleagues to resolve issues and deliver change. You will ensure user guides and procedures are correct and up to date, and that staff are suitably trained in the operation of our Systems. You will also have the opp...
