Ustomer Success Manager Location: Belfast (Hybrid) Do you enjoy owning senior client relationships and turning long-term partnerships into real commercial growth? My client is a growing learning and technology services business working with large organisations across financial services, insurance, and technology. They're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to take ownership of strategic accounts and drive retention, expansion, and measurable client outcomes. What you'll be doing Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic, enterprise clients Leading discovery sessions and workshops to understand client objectives and challenges Aligning learning solutions to business goals and demonstrating measurable impact Running strategic business reviews and SteerCo-level conversations Managing client escalations and maintaining strong, trusted relationships Identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell opportunities Collaborating closely with delivery, operations, and product teams Tracking pipeline, contracts, and delivery activity using CRM tools Championing client success stories and contributing to case studies Identifying process improvements to increase efficiency across the Customer Success function Mentoring and supporting junior team members What we're looking for 5 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar commercial role Strong experience managing senior stakeholders and enterprise clients Proven track record of driving retention and account growth Confident running high-level reviews, workshops, and steering groups Commercially minded with the ability to spot and convert growth opportunities Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Background in technology, training, or professional services is desirable What's on offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation High level of ownership and visibility Clear progression and development opportunities If you have any further questions on the role, please feel free to reach out to Brendan McCrory directl
