Parts Advisor - Customer Support
Basic Salary £27,000 - £28,500 + benefits

My client is a leading supplier of vehicle parts to customers all over the UK and internationally. They are looking for someone to join their customer support team to provide customers with technical information to help them understand which products they need. The Role:
Based from their distribution centre offices in Markham Vale, you'll be working alongside the internal and external sales teams to give customers technical support through incoming calls.
Your role is to provide customers with information on parts options or variations as required. You'll increase their understanding of specific products and build relationships which will ultimately increase sales.
You'll use electronic catalogues and an internal database to help identify the correct part for a customer requirement or problem.
As well as supporting the customer, you'll also support the sales team with any technical queries or problems.
Once parts have been supplied you'll also investigate customer queries regarding application, fitting and operation of those parts.
The Person:
We're looking for someone with a good understanding of vehicles and technical knowledge of car parts.
You'll have great communication skills, both verbal and written and will be comfortable with Microsoft Office IT packages.
Any experience working in the automotive aftermarket would be a real advantage but isn't essential.
The Package:
A basic salary between £25,000 and £26,000 is offered depending on experience
There is an annual bonus scheme which would start to accrue after your probation period is complete
