As a Beauty Therapist for Neuraé, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. You will develop and build your client base by recruiting new domestic and international clientele. In addition to bringing incremental business, you will ensure increased retention across all clientele to build brand loyalty.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES
* Proactively sell Neuraé products and provide a luxury standard of service.
* Meet or exceed sales targets as set by your line manager.
* Proactively link-sell across product categories to increase Average Unit Sale and Average Transaction Value.
* Ensure accurate monthly completion of attendance sheets and administrative tasks.
* Organize counter activity in coordination with the Store and Counter Manager.
* Book Beauty Room events.
* Leverage emotional intelligence and storytelling skills to educate clients on Neuraé’s heritage and values.
* Identify client intent and maximize sales opportunities through expert brand knowledge.
SERVICE
* Maintain deep product knowledge to provide personalised recommendations and confidently overcome objections.
* Demonstrate products through skincare consultations, makeovers, and Neuraé protocols.
* Recruit new customers through traffic stopping and proactive engagement.
* Identify, understand, and anticipate client needs.
* Develop long-term relationships to build client loyalty.
* Ensure all customer data is captured in the Neuraé database (SMILE) following GDPR guidelines.
GENERAL
* Monitor stock levels and report requirements to the Counter Manager.
* Maintain merchandising standards in line with corporate guidelines.
* Adhere to all Company and Store procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

* Qualifications: NVQ 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy.
