Candidate Requirements
* Enrolled on or completed the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
* Full UK driving license
* Either a Deputy/Assistant Manager aiming to progress or a current Registered Manager seeking a new challenge within an established provider
