Business Analyst and Support Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Business and Finance Team at Lancashire Renewables Ltd as a Business Analyst and Support Officer.
The role will be based at either our Leyland or Thornton-Cleveleys site, with regular travel to the other location up to two days per week, in line with business needs. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
What youll be doing
We are looking for a highly organised and analytical individual to take the lead on producing high-quality business reports, executive papers, and performance insights for senior leadership. A major part of this role involves preparing board-level documentation, insightful dashboards, and clear written summaries that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
You will act as a key support to the Senior Management Team, coordinating information, attending meetings, preparing action trackers, and ensuring governance requirements are consistently met.
Alongside this, you will play a valuable role in supporting business analysis activities. This includes collecting and interpreting performance data, monitoring progress against business plans, and identifying trends or improvement opportunities. Experience in developing reporting platforms such as dashboards or BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is highly desirable.
