Role: Vehicle Bespoke Design & Innovation Intern – 12 month internship.
Overview
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, part of the BMW Group, offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Goodwood manufacturing plant. The internship provides hands‑on experience in interior surface design with wood, metal, and organic veneers, supporting bespoke projects and contributing to the team’s innovation.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the detailed planning activities of the Interior Surface Centre.
* Collaborating with industrial, mechanical engineers and Craftspeople on new projects and existing processes.
* Working with planning, production and the wider business teams to solve problems.
* Contributing to future projects to develop the business by applying sound engineering processes.
Qualifications
* Studying towards an Engineering, Design, or Art related course, on track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
* Knowledge, interest and appetite for mechanical/logical systems; ability to work independently and organise yourself within a team environment.
* Initiative: able to take projects and tasks from concept through to a complete implemented solution.

Eligibility
