Salary: £24,975 – 26,905 per annum (pro rata for part time) (Solent Mind band B)
Hours: 37 hours per week with shift working within office hours (8am-8pm) (part-time can be considered)
Location: Eastleigh combined with home working (expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Interview Date: First interview online 17 and 18 June, second interview in person 23 June
About the role
This role sits within our Telephone and Referral Centre (TARC) team. A key part of the role is to make sure patients can access the support they need.
Some key duties include booking appointments via our patient database system within contractual targets, answering the main phone, and monitoring messages for risk. Alongside this you will have a range of other administrative duties.
About you
This position is ideal for someone who has some experience in a busy office environment with admin responsibilities. You will need to be highly organised and able to work well under pressure as we are a large and extremely busy service.
It is important you can work at a fast pace with a high level of accuracy when using patient databases systems. You will also need a professional telephone manner and ability to manage difficult situations with tact and empathy.
