We are hiring a full-time Pharmacist or Independent Prescriber (IP) to work across three community pharmacies in Cathkin, Dalmarnock, and Dumbarton.
Responsibilities
* Support pharmacy operations by providing cover for holidays and days off within the existing rota, ensuring delivery of Pharmacy First Plus services.
* Act as Responsible Pharmacist, deliver NHS and private services, and provide patient‑centered pharmaceutical care, including prescribing for common conditions.
* Maintain professional, legal, and safety standards, monitor care quality, and collaborate with store managers to develop the pharmacy team.
* Offer expert medication advice, participate in continuous professional development, and work towards becoming an Independent Prescriber if not already qualified.
Requirements and Benefits
