We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee operations at our Rainham location. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in the restaurant's daily success, focusing on team leadership and delivering excellent service to our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new kitchen team members.
2. Leading with a hands-on approach and effective communication, motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
3. Managing stock control and food margins.
4. Ensuring compliance with NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety standards through audits.
5. Delivering to brand standards and specifications.
6. Driving high performance through team development and regular one-on-one meetings.
7. Maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Demonstrating passion for the brand and ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
